Open the Run console and type in "%appdata%/Blitz". If the steps listed above do not work for you, please reach out to us via Discord by posting in #lol-issues and providing the following information: Your computer may be missing some 32-bit files needed to run Blitz. 
Go to Visual Studio C++ Downloads. Download the "vc_" file under Visual Studio 2015, 2017, and 2019. Remove Gaming OSD. This software is currently incompatible with our overlays. We're looking into resolving this but in the meantime, it's easier to just disable them. These programs, such as Rivatuner, MSI Afterburner, AMD Overdrive, EVGA Precision X, etc., can interfere with Blitz processes. Pause/remove any GPU overclock programs you're using. Please check if your overlays are enabled: Right-click the Blitz App and press "Run as administrator". Make sure you're running Blitz as an admin. If your League of Legends is running on admin mode, you will have to run Blitz on admin mode as well.
Blitz App needs to run the same privileges as your Riot Games client. Typically, support players do not aim for CS. If you are playing in a support role, you will not see a CS overlay. No submissions about memes, jokes, meta, or hypothetical / dream builds. No submission titles that are all-caps, clickbait, PSAs, or pro-tips. No submissions about retailer or customer service experiences. No submissions about sales, deals or unauthorized giveaways. No submissions about hardware news, rumors, or reviews.
